Our Story

The kitchen with mom…a place for very hard work, but the results were worth it.  I learned the traditions of a Chinese kitchen and I learned one little secret that I desired to share with the world. Wontons are a basic and classic Chinese food, an easy to make treat. That is what allowed my family to experiment on this treasured classic. I learned the twists, the avant-garde twists that make wontons incredibly versatile in carrying a multitude of flavors. My mother shared with me an irresistable process for creating a date, orange walnut filling, and then filling traditional wontons with this remarkable mixture. Then delicately, precisely deep frying the wonton in an secret family oil mixture and lightly finishing the treat with powdered sugar. We have added a few time tested recipes and are dedicated to taking the tradition of the Chinese kitchen and sharing a contemporary twist or two with the world.
